The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah will be undergoing open heart surgery at the Stanford University Medical Centre in Palo Alto, California on May 2, 2009.
The State government had requested all Selangorians to pray for His Highness speedy recovery.
For all Buddhists who is celebrating Wesak Day next week, please remember to pray for the Sultan's good health in your daily prayers and blessing service.
